

Admitted
to the practice of law in 1956, Walter "Cy" Wolske is a
graduate of Columbus West High School and The Ohio State University.
Since that time, Cy has represented
plaintiffs in
medical malpractice and
motor vehicle accident cases, as well as, other
personal injury claims throughout Ohio, Kentucky and the
United States Supreme Court. Cy is a past president of the
Franklin County Trial Lawyers Association; Member of the Board
of Education of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and
Charter Member of the Ohio Chapter of the American Board of
Trial Advocates. Cy has been certified as a Civil Trial Advocate
by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

David A. Roscoe
is a 1988 graduate of Gannon University, Erie, Pennsylvania with
a Bachelor of Science in Physical Science, and in 1993 he earned
a Masters of Science in Health Services Administration. Dave was
a Distinguished Military Graduate, and upon graduation served on
active duty as a Lieutenant in the United States Army. He
continues to serve his country as a Major in the active
reserves. Dave is a 2000 graduate of Capital University Law
School in Columbus, Ohio. Dave has more than seven years of
experience working inside a claims department for a major
national insurance company. He has investigated, researched,
evaluated, negotiated and settled a myriad of complex coverage,
serious injury and fatality accidents. His personal injury litigation experience includes
handling claims that have resulted from pedestrian accidents,
nursing home abuse, premises liability, watercraft
collisions, as well as,
truck and motorcycle accidents.
As a Major in the U.S. Army Reserves, David recently
completed an assignment to the Third Battalion, 338th Infantry
Regiment. David was selected to serve as the operations officer
for mobilization and training of Army Reserves and Army National
Guard units in Ohio. We are proud of David's contribution to
the Homeland Security Operations.

Sarah J. Wolske is a 1990
graduate of Sarah Lawrence in Bronxville, New York, with a
Bachelor of Arts in 15th Century Italian Art and Literature.
Sarah worked for Chase Manhattan after college and received her
law degree from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio,
in 2000. While at Capital, Sarah was Chief Justice of the Moot
Court Board, for the 1999-2000 term. Sarah was also active in
Capital's legal education programs, and upon graduation Sarah
was awarded the Ronald L. Friedman Award for commitment to the
law school community.
